We provide traning solutions and downloadable footage, audio and exercise files (‘Training Materials’) for aspiring filmmakers using a teaching approach designed by Anita Perminova and makes certain Training Materials available to users via the Anita Perminova web site (the ‘Site’) or online platforms available from Anita Perminova. The offering of services or Training Materials through the Site and other Anita Perminova platforms is referred to as the ‘Services’. Some Services are available to you for free, while others require that you create a User Account and pay a fee for access. Access to and use of the Services are subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

2 Privacy

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE. By using the Website, subscribing to the Services, creating a User Account and/or purchasing a product from us, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions and of the Privacy Policy. All software used on the Website is our property or the property of our software suppliers and protected under applicable copyright laws, treaties and conventions.

No Content of the Website or any other site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by us may be copied, reproduced, transmitted, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted in any way, or sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose, except as expressly allowed by the Agreement, is strictly prohibited.

Anita Perminova offers the opportunity to participate in our online forum where you can interact with and learn from other people with like interests. While Anita Perminova does not monitor content posted in the forums, please be advised that Anita Perminova reserves the right to delete any message for any or no reason and to prohibit your access to the service. By posting text, images or other content (“Posted Content”) you hereby grant Anita Perminova a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the Posted Content in connection with the Site and Services. Anita Perminova is the sole and exclusive owner of the Content, or otherwise holds sufficient rights in the Content to provide the Content to users.

4 use and protection of your account password and iD

In order to obtain access to the Services, you must create an account (“User Account”) and pay the appropriate fees for access to the services you request. Anita Perminova will assign a password and account ID to you so you can access and use certain areas of the Website. By creating a User Account, you acknowledge and agree that as between you and us, you will be solely responsible for all access to and use of the website by anyone using the password and ID assigned to you whether or not such access to and use of the website is actually authorized by you, including all communications and transmissions and all obligations (including financial obligations for purchases through the website) that may result from such access or use.

We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, update, price change, discontinuance or suspension of the Service and/or Content.

We will try our best to provide the most efficient Service of which we are capable, rendering the fullest possible quantity and the best possible quality of Service. However, certain Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Services that we offer. All descriptions of Services are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any Services at any time.

7 Payment Plans

Users who choose to purchase Training Material or any other Content are required to complete all payments included in the payment plan. Failure to do so will result in access to the course being removed until the delinquent payments are made.

8 Disclaimer of warranties

The Content on the Site is provided ‘As Is’. AnitaPerminova.com does not warrant that Services, Training Materials or Content provided in connection therewith will meet your requirements or that their operation will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the Content and Training Materials are accurate or complete, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make such Content available are free of viruses or other harmful components and you assume entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction of any of your equipment or software. We make no representations or warranties regarding use, or the results of use, or any Content, Service contained on or offered, made available through, or otherwise related in any way to the Site including any third party site or Service linked to from the Site (and specifically no representation or warranty of correctness, accuracy, completeness, reliability or safety).

You shall not be entitled to a refund for any fees paid.

11 limitations on liability

Under no circumstances and in no event shall AnitaPerminova.com be liable to you or anyone else for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, personal injury (including death) or property damage of any kind or nature whatsoever that arise out of or result from the use of, or any inability to use, the Site or Content or functions there of; any act of omission, online or offline, of any user of the Site or anyone else, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 12 Termination

These Terms and Conditions are effective until terminated by either you or AnitaPerminova.com. You may terminate these Terms and Conditions prospectively at any time by discontinuing your access to and use of the Site.

AnitaPerminova.com may terminate these Terms and Conditions (including your User Account and your access to and use of the Site) with or without cause and without notice to you, in our sole discretion.

We have adopted and implemented a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

If you believe your User Account has been terminated in error, contact Anita Perminova at hello@anitaperminova.com. If it is determined by Anita Perminova, in its sole discretion, that your User Account was terminated in error, Anita Perminova will return access to the Services on the Site. If Anita Perminova terminates your account for cause, determined at the sole discretion of Anita Perminova, you will not receive a refund for any Fees paid to Anita Perminova.

13 Refund policies

We offer a 100% money back guarantee. For any of your training courses, programs, classes, workshops, you may request a full refund any time within 15 days of your initial purchase. The 14 days start on the day of purchase and expire at 11:59 PM CET on the 15th day.

We want to make sure you’ve made the best possible attempt to learn the material and improve your filmmaking skills.

In order to be eligible for a refund you will have to meet the following requirements within your 14-day window:

Participate (complete/watch) at least the first 50% of lessons of the training course.
Send a link to your completed assignments/exercises or your rough cut of any practice footage to hello@anitaperminova.com and tell why the course didn’t work for you.

If we can help you overcome your sticking points, that’s awesome (we hope this is the case). If we can’t and you meet the above requirements, we’ll be happy to issue you full refund within 10 business days.

We suggest to make sure that this is the right investment for you and if you join the training program we want you to get started. Please, do not enroll if you just want to '“check it out”. The training courses on AnitaPemrinova.com are for serious students only.

For course upgrades refunds are offered within 7 days of your upgrade date. The 7 days start on the day of upgrade and expire at 11:59 PM CET on the 7th day.

14 Governing law

The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the country of Italy and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. For our exclusive benefit, we shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of your residence.

15 Amendments

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions for any changes. Your use of the Site following any change to these Terms and Conditions will constitute your assent to and acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
